Peter Marshall Leaving Town

Something else i heard along the grapevine is that the Great Peter Marshall is leaving town within a few weeks. Apparently he has sold up his paver business and is moving down to Margaret River.

He's going to be a big loss to West Kimberley football, because he has been a big contributor to everything within the league for over 30 years, he was even a League Fairest and Best in the mid 70's and he was a big part of the committee this year.

I wish him all the best and hopefully he returns in the not too distant future...which im sure he will!

I don't think he's leaving just yet, I drove past his yard the other day and he still seems to be 'under the pump' so he's possibly got one more WKFL season under his belt to come
